Registration fees

The registration fee for the authors who are presenting a paper at the meeting is 80 Euros until September 5, and 100 Euros  from September 6 to September 12. At least one author per accepted paper must register as a presenting author. For non-presenting participants, and participants that present only at the Young Researchers' Forum, the registration is free of charge until September 5, and 20 Euros from September 6 to September 12.

Registration procedure

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process. The whole process is easy to use, secure and can be completed in a few minutes by following these steps:

  2. Verify e-mail: Click on the activation link emailed to you (please check your junk/spam folder)
  3. Login: After verification, please login and register for the conference at https://www.easyconferences.org/fct2021/register
  4. Create Order: Create your order and settle it securely online
